Indonesian Occupational Therapy Journal adopts a full open access policy. All published articles are freely and permanently available to readers worldwide without financial, legal, or technical barriers. Articles may be accessed, read, downloaded, copied, distributed, and shared by anyone, provided that the terms of the applicable license are respected.

The journal believes that unrestricted access to scholarly knowledge enhances the visibility and impact of research, accelerates the dissemination of scientific findings, and promotes the advancement of occupational therapy and occupational science at both national and international levels.
